Initial Setup Documentation

After logging in with provided User ID and Password you will be logged in as Super Admin as default user. After logging in you will have to initiate several setups for smooth processing of Balance AtoZ which are described in brief below.

Organizational Setup

For the organizational setup or entering organizational details, first go to the Configuration Module that is listed in left sidebar and then go to the General Setting module included in Configuration. Fill up the form with required information and update it to complete the organizational setup completely.

Branch
Setup

Branch Setup is one of the initial setup for setting up MIS. For setting up Branch Go to the Configuration Module that is listed in left sidebar and then go to the Branch Module included in Configuration. Click on the New Branch button present on the top right corner to complete the further procedure.

Department
Setup

For the Department setup, go to the Configuration Module and then go to the Department Module. Click on the New Department button on the top right corner and fill the form. Save the form and complete the setup.

After initial setup is completed we are ready to work with MIS but creating project is also one of the major things to start up with. So to make it easier and efficient please follow the processes for project registration.

Project Registration Setup

We have several steps for the project registration. The steps are described below.

Step 1

We have to setup Project Service so at first go to the Manage Project Module listed in left side bar. Inside Manage Project Module you can find Project Service Sub-module. Click on the button named New Service present on the top right corner. Here you can create a project service.

Step 2

Here, to register any kind of project, partners are required. So to register partner we have to define or setup partner category at first. To set partner category, go to the Manage Project Module and then to the Partner Category Sub-Module. Click on the New Partner Category button for further process.

Step 3

After setting up Partner Category now we can able to register our partners. So, to register your partner go to the Manage Project Module and then go to the Partner Sub-Module. Click on the New Partner button present on the top right corner to complete the Partner Registration.

Step 4

This process is optional but if your partner has their company related then you must follow this step otherwise you can escape it. So to create Partner Company go to the Manage Project Module and to the Partner Company Sub-Module listed inside Manage Project. Click on the New Partner Company button for further process of registering the partner company.

Step 5

Finally, after setting up all the above process you can easily able to create the project without any barrier. For project registration, go to the Manage Project Module and then to the All Project Sub-Module listed inside Manage Project. Click on the New Project button and fill up the form that is given to create a new project.

You can see the information like Name, Project Code, Department, Partner etc. in the project list which is inside the All Project.

Employee Registration Setup

Employee registration is a key factor in Balance AtoZ. Registration process of employees have several steps to be completed. The steps are described as follow:

Shift
Setup

This is the Shift Creation step. For this step, go to the HR activities Module and to the Shift Setup Sub-Module. Click on the New Shift button and fill up the form to create the shift.

Leave Year
Setup

For Leave Year Setup, go to the HR activities Module and then to the Leave Year Setup Sub-Module then click the New Leave Year button for the further procedure.

Leave Type
Setup

In this step, go to the HR activities Module and then to the Leave Type Setup Sub-Module. Click on the New Leave Type button to complete further setup.

Employee
Registration

This is the final step of Employee Registration Setup. In this step, go to the Human Resource Module and then to the Employee Sub-Module present inside it. Click on the New Employee button, fill up the form provided and save it to complete the Employee Registration.

** If any required options are not available in Religion, Ethnicity, Hobby, hire method, Job status, Unit, Destination then go to Dropdown List Sub-Module which is located at Configuration Module.
